The Hybrid Advantage.
How AI Is Reshaping Strategy Consulting. And What the Best Firms Are Doing About It.
By Dhruv Jain, Founder & CEO of Ziqsy Partners. The argument: the operating-partner model, senior practitioners working alongside machine intelligence, is the shape consulting is moving toward. The book sets out why.

What This Book Is
The Hybrid Advantage is a book about the end of consulting as we know it, and the beginning of something more honest. I wrote it because after fifteen years inside and alongside the professional services industry, I watched the same pattern repeat: a client pays a premium for a recommendation, receives a beautifully formatted deck, and then discovers they still need to hire the people, build the systems, and carry the risk of execution.
This book argues that the pricing architecture of the consulting industry is being rebuilt by hybrid human-AI operating models. This is operational evidence, not futurist theory. I have seen it work.
"For the past three decades, consulting has operated as a pricing layer inserted between talent and outcomes. A senior partner bills at eight hundred pounds an hour. A junior analyst does the spreadsheet work at three hundred. The client pays for both, plus the pyramid, plus the overhead of the marble lobby.
What Dhruv Jain proposes in this book is not that consulting disappears. It is that the layer thins. AI absorbs the repetitive work. Senior operators direct the judgment. The client pays for outcomes, not for time."
